  • Use Of Site

  • Order Processing

    In most cases, if you order something we have in stock, we will fill and ship your order as soon as we receive payment (which isn't always instant). Occassionally when we are out of something but know it's on the way, we will wait and ship your order all together. We will do our best to email you if we expect it is going to be more than 2 business days until it goes out.

    Skates and large items are usually being drop shipped right now. If we get a message that your gear is on backorder, we will send you a message. Otherwise, orders like this are usually processed at the manufacturer or distributor within 1 business day of receiving the order from Rockstar (which happens after we receive payment), and go out either the same or next business day.

    Custom orders take longer. This not only includes changes in width or color, but also often includes changes to skates packages, like upgrades to wheels or bearings from a different manufacturer. For example, you want Bones Swiss bearings, Atom Stroker wheels on a 265 boot and Synder Advantage plates. These items all come from different places, so your skate will need to be assembled.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • No PO Boxes, Please
    You MUST supply a real address (not a PO Box). UPS will not deliver to PO boxes and some of our distributors will not send anything there either. If this is a problem, email us.

    Expedited Shipments
    We are working to offer shipping options including UPS Standard Overnight, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select, but for now, please email us to confirm that this is available for the items you are purchasing.

    Local Pickup or Delivery
    We allow local pickups if you skate with one of our area leagues, or will be in St. Louis to skate or to visit. Please contact us ahead of time to make sure we are in town.



  • International

  • For now it is probably a good idea to email us before ordering if you are not in the USA. We are happy to ship to you and help contribute to derby world domination! But as you may know, international shipping can be expensive, so may want get with us to discuss ways to save on your order a little.



  • Sales Tax

  • Rockstar Skates and Sport charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties

  • Riedell Warranty Information

    Each pair of Riedell skates or skating boots is guaranteed by Riedell Shoes, Inc. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

    Should any Riedell skates or skating boots appear to be defective, they should be returned to the dealer from whom the product was purchased with proof of purchase. The dealer must request a return authorization number and then send the skates or skating boots back to Riedell Shoes, Inc. along with the proof of purchase for inspection and determination. If the skates or skating boots appear to be defective under the terms of this warranty, they will be repaired or replaced as determined by Riedell Shoes, Inc.

    Product failure, which in the opinion of Riedell Shoes, Inc. was due to improper fit, accident, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. In no event will Riedell Shoes, Inc. be responsible for the repair, replacement or consequential damages for the above mentioned causes.



  • Return Policy

  • If you need to return an item, please first send an email to rockstar@rockstarskates.com stating what is coming back to us and why.

    Please write RETURN on the outside of the box.

  • Store Hours

  • We sometimes work wacky hours. But generally we are working 11am-6pm Mon-Fri right now. So even if you get a message from us at 1am Friday night, and you write us back at 2am, you shouldn't expect to get an answer back until Monday.

    We are also occassionally gone for bouts, tourneys, etc.



  • Miscellaneous

  • Q: Do you sell skates for other styles of skating? What about skateboarding gear?
    A: Sure. Yes. But since Romo plays roller derby, she is most knowledgeable in that area of the skating world. We can get Vanilla and other skates designed for jam or rhythm skaters, figure skates, some inline speed and hockey gear, and are set up as a dealer for lot of boards and softgoods that skateboarders love. If nothing else, we can get you a sweet deal on a birthday present for your little brother. Email us with specific requests or questions.
