Most folks should round up from what they measure on the Riedell stick. For example, Romo measures a 7, but wore a 7.5 in the 125 boot. We also recommend if you get this boot getting yourself some orthotics as well, as we have found (and experienced) that this boot places a lot of pressure on the ball of your foot, especially on your right foot, depending on your arches.
